Access. Mount Pleasant East has it all when it comes to transportation. There is TTC access, the new subway line and you can comfortably keep a car. This neighborhood is also completely and very pleasantly walkable. Quiet interior streets all have well maintained sidewalks and exterior streets all have interesting street level shopping. All of this, fifteen minutes from downtown. Families and Yuppies.  It might seem impossible but both groups will be just as happy in this neighborhood.
