Fairgrounds Lofts is unlike any other Toronto Lofts. The lofts are a hybrid project centered around restoring two old homes as well as developing new modern townhouses, all of this is placed right beside the historical Woodbridge Fairgrounds. The restored homes will house single units and the townhouse will have multiple units per block. Fairgrounds Lofts are perfect for those who want history and charm around them while still enjoying modern comforts. The two heritage homes are both red brick homes from the early 20th century that have beautiful masonry detailing. The townhouses are done in both red brick and yellow brick and feature large windows and balconies. The whole development will house 65 units ranging in size from 700 to more than 2,100 square feet. The two homes have been beautifully restored to allow couples to raise families. One of the historic homes has been designed with an open concept in mind while the other features a more traditional separated floor plan. Both however enjoy modern upgrades and features that make this historic home charming and comfortable.
